2022 DEMOGRAPHIC SURVEY RESULTS
In 2022, NPC conducted its first demographic survey to understand our audience and improve diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. The survey was anonymous and aimed at IIDA members and non-members in Washington, Idaho, Alaska, Alberta, and British Columbia. It helps create a baseline for tracking our progress and involving everyone in the change process.
