as the recipient for the 2026 Emerging Professional Award.
Hannah Mackin, NCIDQ-certified interior designer, brings nearly 10 years of experience across residential and commercial projects. She is the founder and owner of Mackin & Co., an interior design studio rooted in family, craftsmanship, and the belief that well-designed spaces bring people together. Her work balances timeless aesthetics with thoughtful, practical solutions, guiding each project from concept through completion.
The Emerging Professional Award
The Emerging Professional Award was established to honor junior leaders in the IIDA Northern Pacific Chapter, with 10 years or less experience. The award provides an opportunity for the recipient to attend the commercial Interior Design industry’s most important annual event - Chicago Design Week, bringing together the right people, the best products, and the most innovative ideas.
