The Boise City Center is based in the Boise area and includes the surrounding area of southern Idaho.
Boise City Center supports the design community through education, networking, and philanthropy projects locally. Besides the annual events listed below, every other month there is a Cocktails & Credits social and CEU program.

Winter Event
Membership Bowling has historically been one of Boise’s best attended events. Sponsored teams compete in costume, bowling and other contests to win prizes, trophies, and bragging rights.

IIDA Student Tours
The Student Tour is offered annually in partnership with IDI Chair Affair. Students visit facilities managers, A&D firms, Interior Design firms, furniture dealerships, and visit with industry representatives about the many opportunities in their interior design education and training has to offer.

TOAST! Boise
TOAST! Boise is a time to acknowledge and Toast the achievements and happenings of the Northern Pacific Chapter and City Centers, as well as transition to new Leadership.

Summer Social
This year’s summer social is a group outing to The Idaho Shakespeare Festival. The summer social event has taken many forms over the years, from the Designer Derby (horse races and hat contest derby style) to Designer Dugout (minor league baseball, food, and games). The event has always been a fun way to network and enjoy the beautiful Boise summer.

ZeroLandfill
ZeroLandfill is an upcycling event providing local artists, educators, and hobbyists access to the design community’s expired specification samples while diverting thousands of pounds of materials from the landfill.

Annual Holiday Party where the design community comes together to take a break and celebrate the festive season.
