Join us as leaders in Healthcare operations, design and construction share their knowledge and experience in Lean Healthcare. We will discuss how lean operations have been applied in healthcare and how lean patient delivery translates into design concepts that differ from traditional patient delivery systems. Gain a better understanding of how lean construction methods differ from traditional design/bid/build and some of the results that have been achieved.
