On June 21, 2011 the Healthcare Forum presented a Panel Discussion on LEAN Healthcare.  We were joined by leaders in Healthcare operations, design and construction who shared their knowledge and experience in Lean Healthcare. We learned how lean operations have been applied in healthcare and how lean patient delivery translates into design concepts that differ from traditional patient delivery systems. We were also able to gain a better understanding of how lean construction methods differ from traditional design/bid/build and some of the great results that have been achieved.
