President Elect ElectGraduating from Cornish College of the Arts only three years ago, Jamie is pushing and advocating to make our Chapter's Campus Center even more successful and accessible to all interior design students across our participating states. She served on the Campus Center student board as Marketing Director to pioneer ways to reach out to campuses, then went on to be the Campus Center Director for the past year.
“My goal is to reach out to every student possible, visit campuses and keep all schools connected to our ever evolving design community in order to enrich and enliven the students who will soon be joining us in our professional industry.”

Over the course of his career, Spencer has worked for firms varying in size from small one- and two-person operations to four of the 10 largest firms in the country. Spencer has an emphasis on corporate workplace design, but also has experience with public works, residential, and hospitality projects. In addition to his work experience, he also has six years experience as a design educator. In this role Spencer was responsible for curriculum development and preparation for the CIDA accreditation process in addition to his teaching and advising responsibilities.

VP of MembershipLoretta brings over 29 years of experience within the design industry to her position as Architecture + Design Market Manager for the Pacific Northwest region. She has held VP titles in Seattle-based dealerships in Business Development as well as A/D Program Manager. Loretta joined Teknion in March 2004, where she served as District Manager. In July 2008, Loretta transitioned to her current role.

After 20 years on the East Coast, where she was a partner at Benefit Street Design as well as a design educator, Lynn returned home to the Pacific Northwest to join Callison’s commercial interiors group. Since then, she has provided thoughtful leadership and demonstrated grace under fire managing complex, multi-phased projects for large clients. Lynn’s strength in organization and communication, paired with her passion for interior design make her a natural fit for the role of VP of Revenue Development.
“I see my role as one that is as much about education as it is about generating revenues for the association. I’m looking forward to touching base with our current supporters as well as reaching out to an expanded community to talk about IIDA, the great work that we do and the benefits of becoming involved.”

Dawn has spent over 16 years in the design industry: first as a commercial interior designer in several major A&D firms across the country, and currently as the owner of her own business, as an independent sales representative. Dawn brings her wide ranging experience and her passion for mentorship to all endeavors, and strives to be a resource to the design community. She is also a past president of IIDA Northern Pacific Chapter.
“ I am excited to be taking on this position because I believe that an interior designer should be able to legally practice what they’ve been trained to do. I’d like to see Washington and Idaho join other states in giving qualified interior designers the right to stamp and sign their own drawings for their portion of work within the built environment.”

For the past 5 years, she has worked in Seattle as an Architecture & Design Representative, and has recently joined Fuller Associates where her passion for education and being a design resource continues to be realized. Sandy has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a minor in Art. She is a LEED Green Associate, and a Certified Sustainable Building Advisor.

Nicole has been involved with IIDA for 3 years, focusing on student outreach and networking with professionals in the Architecture & Design community. She has worked in furniture sales for 6 years and thrives on helping designers find optimal product solutions for their projects. She is also the Education Chair for Retail Design Institute and an active member of NEWH and IDCW. Nicole has a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Washington, a Certificate in International Business Practice from Cambridge, and an Associate’s degree in Interior Design from Bellevue College.

Bobbi Jean attended WSU Spokane for a BA in Interior Design after she received her three year Professional Commercial Design Degree from SFCC. She has a background in both residential and commercial design and since 2008 has worked at Bernardo Wills Architects as mainly a healthcare and hospitality designer. Bobbi Jean is devoted to the industry of design and enjoys staying active in both the professional and student design community.
